להרגיש is used for both physical sensations (e.g., feeling cold, pain, tired) and emotional states or impressions (e.g., feeling happy, feeling that something is true). Remember Hebrew agreement: מרגיש (m. sg.), מרגישה (f. sg.), מרגישים (m. pl.), מרגישות (f. pl.). You can also use it with 'שׁ' to introduce a clause: אני מרגיש/מרגישה ש... (I feel that...).
