Use važiuoti when the movement is made by vehicle or public transport (car, bus, train, bike, etc.). It contrasts with eiti (to walk). You will often hear it with a mode of transport: važiuoti autobusu, važiuoti automobiliu, važiuoti traukiniu. Related forms include nuvažiuoti (go and arrive) and važiuodamas/važiuodama (while traveling).
