Use agor for opening physical things (doors, windows, books), for shops or services starting their day, and for files/apps. To say a place is open you often say 'Mae'r ... ar agor' (The ... is open). Imperative and past forms are common (e.g. Agorwch! / Agorais). 'Datgloi' is specifically 'to unlock' and 'agoriad' is the noun 'an opening.'
