Use zugänglich for both literal accessibility (buildings, websites, documents) and figurative accessibility (people who are easy to talk to). Common constructions: "ist zugänglich für..." (is accessible to...), "zugänglich machen" (to make accessible). For physical accessibility especially regarding disabilities, "barrierefrei" is also often used.
